Requirements change with the receiving country
The same type of document can be subject to different conditions depending on where it is filed. Some countries accept an apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its own, while others require consular legalisation followed by legalisation at their embassy in Korea. The language of the translation and the form of notarisation also have to match what the receiving office asks for. Sending a document without checking those conditions often means it is rejected abroad and the whole sequence has to start again. That is where staff working across several languages become necessary.
How a request moves from intake to delivery
The user states which documents are needed and which country they are for, and leaves the remaining steps to the company. Translation is produced in the language of the receiving country, the translation is notarised, and the file then moves to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stage. If the receiving country requires embassy legalisation, that step follows. The completed documents are then shipped abroad. The company says the whole sequence is handled through a single point of contact.
