  • Within 1 hour after payment, you can cancel the order anytime from My Page.
  • However, if all documents needed for processing are ready and the service is in progress, a refund is not possible.
  • If a refund is not possible, a cancellation fee may apply, so please cancel the order through customer support.

If you provide forged/altered public or private documents to us to proceed with work, we regard this as an "act against the public interest" and may immediately file a criminal complaint, and we may claim damages for the resulting "tangible and intangible losses in the broad sense."
