- Before: Consular confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + Algerian Embassy authentication
- After: Simplified procedure via Apostille certification (from the effective date)

Since the salary-step system is directly tied to pay, there is rising demand to reflect even short periods of service without omission.
However, the traditional issuance method - visiting the institution, waiting, and revisiting - has long made it hard to handle documents during a busy schedule.
To ease this burden, Korea Integrated Civil Affairs Center offers an online proxy service for issuing kindergarten and childcare teacher career certificates. You can apply remotely without visiting the institution, and we carefully help confirm the required information and prepare the documents so issuance proceeds faster and more accurately with no fear of omissions.

Recently, departure screening at airports for entry to the Philippines has been tightened regarding the 'Parental Travel Consent Form.'
In particular, when travelers carry only a 'copy' or a 'notarized' parental travel consent, the minor may be denied entry, so it is being checked as a required document at departure.
If documents are incomplete at departure, boarding itself can be refused. Please be sure to carry, in advance, the issued original family relationship certificate together with the original parental travel consent form when going through departure procedures.

Key change: The section '5. Items of Personal Information Processed' adds a clause stating that during identity verification, the Center collects: name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, telecom carrier, domestic/foreign national status, and the encrypted user-verification value and duplicate-subscription-check information from the identity verification service. (Existing required items - name, ID, password, email, mobile number, resident registration number, access IP, cookies, and required document-issuance input - remain unchanged.)
Effective date: December 7, 2023.

We are launching a Document Authenticity Verification service that ensures high reliability when you submit documents issued through Korea Integrated Civil Affairs Center.
When you apply, we provide sealing to prevent forgery or alteration before submission, a document authenticity verification certificate, and a PDF email of the issued document's contents so you can confirm them.
The service is available only for issued documents (some excluded) and can be requested during the application form step when ordering an eligible product.
