Because supplies of government masks were short, some people arrived on the correct weekday only to find stocks already gone. Delivery times differed from pharmacy to pharmacy, so wasted trips were common. Proxy purchases for children under 10 and people aged 80 or over require the proxy identification and a Resident Registration (Full) certificate. A minor buying alone must also bring a student card and a resident registration copy along with the legal guardian identification and resident registration copy.
